What type of treatment can I use a payment plan for?
Interest-free DentiCare payment plans are available to all of our customers, whatever treatment you require. Talk to your dentist about the options available to you, to make achieving your smile goals more convenient.
Am I eligible for a DentiCare payment plan?
We’ve made it simple for our patients to get started with a DentiCare payment plan. To be eligible, you need to be over 18 years old, an Australian citizen, employed and not subject to any debt or bankruptcy agreements.
Can I use a DentiCare payment plan in conjunction with my Health Fund?
Yes! We strive to offer maximum convenience and flexibility to our patients, and your DentiCare payment plan can easily be adjusted to include your Health Fund refund. Just speak to the receptionists at Toorak Dental Studio to let them know your preferences.
What do I need to know when considering my payment plan options?
When committing to any payment plan, it’s important you’re confident you can manage the payments for the course of the plan. Remember that if you’re unable to pay within the interest-free period, you may be subject to interest or other additional fees.
Is a DentiCare payment plan the same as a credit contract?
DentiCare is a simple direct debit plan and is not a credit contract. While credit products and personal loans charge interest or require credit checks and detailed financial information, a DentiCare payment plan is easy to set up.
How do I set up a DentiCare payment plan?
Simply talk to us about tailored payment options to cover your treatment plan. Together, we’ll work out the best DentiCare payment plan for you. There is a simple, one-page direct debit form to fill out and once that’s done, we can get your treatment started.
When will my payments be debited?
Denti Care payment plans are tailored to you, so the frequency of direct debits can vary patient-to-patient. Automatic payments can be processed anytime from midnight on the morning of your agreed-upon debit date. For smooth transactions, we suggest making sure the funds are available in your account the night before your due date.
